Established more than a decade ago in Virginia, the law office handles defense of your civil lawsuit from commencement through trial and appeal in the District and responds to all of your other legal needs, inclusive of lawsuits, in the District, in the areas of small business and federal contracting; estate law- guardianships, conservatorships, powers of attorney, wills & trust; family law - child support, custody & paternity; real estate disputes; and legislative and regulatory analyses & advocacy. The law office renders General Counsel services to small businesses incorporated in the District or Maryland.

Ms. Bibik has 20 plus years of litigation experience in Washington, D.C., the U.S. Virgin Islands and federal courts nationwide.  She has a 90% disposition rate favorable to clients on lawsuits filed against them.

Interviews are conducted on site outside of the Virginia office at other offices located within the metropolitan area of the District of Columbia.
