  • Admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, 1979, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, 1986. 

  • Litigated in District Courts and U.S. Circuit Courts nationwide, the U.S. Supreme Court, Territorial Court of the U.S. Virgin Islands, Federal District Court of the Virgin Islands and D.C. Superior Court.

  • Represented clients in suits brought by U.S. Attorney's Office and D.C. Corporation Counsel and as Assistant Attorney General for the Government of the Virgin Islands.

  • Represented federal departmental officials in litigation instituted against executive level officials for abuse of discretion, violations of federal law in housing, civil rights, federal contracting and other areas of federal grants and subsidies.

  • Prosecuted absentee parents for child support payments and arrearages and paternity establishment.

  • Litigated for clients in other areas of real property, guardianships, conservatorships, family matters and business, contract and corporate disputes.
